Sun rising through birch trees
A vastly fun study of the eccentric postures of birch trees, this acrylic painting awards us for waking up sufficiently early to catch the brilliant and fiery glow of sunrise hitting Mount Gardiner in the background. In the foreground beyond fern and a tangle of gorse, multiple colours are used to bring out the variance of tones in swamp grass growing around puddles and rotting, moss-covered logs.
This painting is reproduced on a 1-1/2″ linen canvas and stretched onto a solid wooden frame with hanging system attached, and with the painting continued around the edges of the piece.
Prints of each painting are available on stretched canvas, poster paper or unstretched canvas. Stretched canvas prices are provided; if you would like poster paper or unstretched canvas, please contact us for a quote.
